Hello and thank you for visiting my blog!

My name is Jackie, and Jackie Holloway Photography is my custom photography business. My husband, my 4 kids and I all live in central Arkansas.

I have always loved photography, since I was about 10 and got my first 110 camera.  Part of that passion came from my love of LOOKING at pictures, reliving the memories and emotions.  As I grew, my love of photography grew.  But it wasn’t until I had graduated and had children of my own, that I knew I wanted to pursue a career in it.  I’m never happier than when I am photographing or looking at photographs of my own children, and hope to give you the same happiness by giving you beautiful portraits of your own family or events..

I am strictly an on location,  natural light photographer, which basically just means I don’t do studio portraits. I prefer to use the beauty of the world around us as a backdrop.  This blog is to serve as both a professional blog and a personal blog.  You’ll find bits (probably LOTS of bits) of my daily life here, along with sneak peeks at clients pictures.
