What is the senior rep program?

The senior rep program provides the opportunity for seniors to receive a free senior session along with earning money and print credit through a referral system. In essence, you are agreeing to promote JHP and encourage your friends to come to me for their senior portraits. In return, I thank you with free print credits, cash, and lots of little goodies throughout the year.

Senior Representative Responsibilities:

· Recommend JHP to fellow students

· Have rep cards available for fellow students (provided by JHP)

· Share your experience and your photographs with other students

What does the senior get?

As a Senior Rep for JHP, you will be treated with extra benefits not available to others. We want to show our appreciation to you for your promoting us with a few special and free items. These include:

· 1 free session

o You will not be charged for a session fee for this session. Session is to take place before Oct of your senior year.

o However, a $50 deposit is required at the time of your session. This is not a session fee, and will be applied as print credit toward your order. *HOWEVER* if you refer enough people to cover your total order, I will refund your $50 if you desire. This will make your session and prints completely free!

· Free t-shirt

o Proudly display that you are a senior ambassador for Jackie Holloway Photography. This free t-shirt is a great way to start a conversation, and get those referrals rolling!

· Free 5×5 proof book

o Proof books are a perfect way for you to share your images with fellow seniors. 5×5 is a perfect compact size to carry around and whip out to amaze all your friends.

o By accepting the proof book, you agree to pay the retail price of the book if you do not have 5 referrals. After 5 referrals, the book is yours to keep and enjoy.

· Free Slideshow for IPOD

o Get a free slideshow for your IPOD to showcase your senior session with Jackie Holloway Photography!

· Free rep cards

o Rep cards are cards with YOUR portrait on them! They also include my information. Anyone you refer to me needs to bring these cards in with them when they book their session.

o Parents also get free referral cards (very similar to the rep cards). These are for you, the parents, to give out and earn your child’s senior portraits for free. As with the rep cards, anyone you refer to me needs to bring their card in when they book their session so you get credit.

· Free web images of all your proofs

o These images will be watermarked, and sized for the web. Perfect for myspace, facebook, emails etc. These images are NOT for print.

· $10 for each referral

o For each person you refer that books and completes a session with us, you earn a $10 print credit (parents) or $10 cash (seniors).

o BONUS!! After 10 referrals you also get an additional $25 credit/cash.

o So if the Sr. Rep refers 7 seniors that book a session, and bring in their rep card, the rep will receive $70. If the parents refer 10, who bring in the parents referral card, the parents receive $125 in print credit. This can be a fun friendly competition between parents and seniors!

How exactly does it work?

After your session with us, we design personalized cards with your portraits on them for you to pass out to friends and classmates.

The only thing you have to do is come for your session, and make sure you pass out all your cards to all seniors and seniors-to-be that you know. The more people you refer that books and completes a session with us, the more you earn.

Remember: Make sure whoever you refer knows to bring in your sr. rep card or referral card with them because this is the only way we can keep track of your credits!
